Getting Hungry Between Meals
Sometimes after finishing a meal or a snack you get hungry again. Maybe you are going to bed or your next meal is hours away. Checking your blood sugar levels you may decide on rescheduling the next mealtime or having a snack.
Noticing that this happens regularly should be causing you to revise your eating times and meal plans. Increasing your physical exercise means increasing food intake, compensating for extra energy used.
Otherwise if the above cases are not applicable then having something like chicken broth is fine.
Finding blood sugar levels low at nighttime while hungry means eating something and raising them. Realising this happens often probably means you are not consuming enough at dinner. Adding carbohydrate or protein may help here. Being a diabetic does not mean going hungry.
